Cancellation Policy

We are professional dog trainers, and it’s critical to the functioning of our business that our schedule be predictable so we can show up on time and give you and your dog our full attention.

In order to make sure that we can respect our appointments with our clients who are scheduled before and after you, we have designed the following policies.

Group Training:

Group training is a scheduled 4-week curriculum, if you miss a class, there is no refund, transfer, make-up class, or credit possible for the individual class times. We ask that you make sure you can attend all 4 classes before booking.

  • Rescheduling

    If you need to, you may transfer the entire set of 4 classes to a later offering with us, with no fee charged if you notify us with more than 1 week’s notice.

  • Cancelling

    If you have to cancel, the following conditions apply:

    • If the class starts in more than 1 week:

      • A refund will be issued minus a $30 administrative fee. Contact us within 7 days to receive a refund.

    • If the class starts in less than 1 week:

      • A refund can not be issued

Private Training:

  • Payment is due in full for any session cancelled by you with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds/credits will be issued for missed sessions or if you cancel a session or walk with less than 24 hours notice.

  • If you are late for an appointment with your trainer, your session will be shortened by the amount of time you are late.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered absent and charged in full for the session.

  • All private sessions must be completed within 3 MONTHS from the time of purchase (absenteeism, tardiness or extenuating circumstances do not extend this deadline).

    • If you don’t complete the sessions within this time-frame then the training package will be considered abandoned. Any remaining sessions in the package will lapse and no refund or credits will be issued.
